SHIPPING DISCLAIMER 

We currently utilize USPS for our shipping needs. Upon a certain weight, which is very minimal, USPS requires the use of priority shipping. Due to the weight of our soaps and products most all shipping is via Priority mail. In most cases Flat rate shipping is the most economic choice at this time. We have calculated to the best of our ability to minimize shipping cost for our customers.   

Please be aware that you're purchasing products from myShai', however delivery is through USPS. Once packages are transferred to USPS, We are no longer responsible. At that point USPS is responsible for all packages. In the event that your package is damaged, lost, or stolen during its transportation a claim should be made with USPS as they are responsible for handling these issues or delays.

Please be sure that your shipping information is correct and up-to-date before completing your order. We are responsible for your new purchase until it reaches the USPS (United States Postal Service). Once it arrives, it is out of our control. Once again, we are not responsible for any packages once it is transported to USPS. There will be NO refunds on any order if the package is misplaced by USPS. If your package is returned , contact us immediately at myShaibathandbodytreats@hotmail.com providing the correct address to reshipped. And keep in mind a reship charge will apply.
